At Hermitage we work closely with our customers, processors and packers to define the optimal slaughter pig specification to meet processor and market specifications. Our portfolio of Terminal Lines is specifically designed to produce uniform, high quality pork and bacon products in a range of differing market conditions and processor / consumer specifications.
